According to ancient teachings, meditation is a method of changing our minds from within. Simply put, meditation is a way of quieting one’s thoughts.

Summer soother meditation sessions
Join Victoria for 3 summer evening sessions of meditations to relax the body, calm the mind and soothe the soul.
We will experience a range of meditations from seated, standing and moving to help you unwind and loosen up in time for the summer holidays.
These sessions are suitable for both beginners and those with experience of meditation.
Dates: 5th, 12th and 19th July 7.30-9pm
Cost: 3 weeks for £25 or weekly drop in £10 per person
Location: Quaker Meeting House, 12 Southdown Road, Harpenden AL5 1PD
The three week course price must be paid in full by 5th July

Are you interested in learning more about meditation? Not sure if you can fit a daily practice into your life? Maybe you find meditation challenging?
Discover the benefits of meditation and how to develop and maintain a practice. We will explore a variety of techniques from various traditions and discover the right meditation path for you.
Meditation techniques will include: mindfulness, mantras, guided visualisations, meditations for cultivating positive feelings and more. This course is suitable for both beginners and those with some meditation experience.
Dates: 28th September, 5th, 12th and 19th October 7.15-8.45pm

Cost: 4 week course: £35 or £10 weekly drop in
For 13-18 year olds: £30 for 4 weeks or £8 weekly drop in
One To One Meditation Guidance
We also offer one to one Meditation guidance sessions for those who are new to meditation or who would like to explore meditation further.
Each session is unique to the individual designed by Victoria based on a full consultation given at the start of your first session.
Discount given when booking a course of four sessions
