What Is Meditation?
According to ancient teachings, meditation is a method of changing our minds from within. Simply put, meditation is a way of quieting one’s thoughts.

We invite you to experience many different styles of Meditation at our regular classes and workshops.
Mantra meditation and yoga nidra
Enjoy the focus and harmony of mantra meditation and chanting, before experiencing the deeply relaxing, ancient practice of yoga nidra (yogic sleep) whilst receiving the sounds of Himalayan singing bowls.
Suitable for those new to meditation and chanting and for those with previous experience.

Introduction to meditation (2 parts)
A two-part introduction to meditation for complete beginners those looking to learn more.
The course will include a brief outline of the benefits of meditation, establishing a practice & experience different styles.
A handout with guidance & resources will be provided.

One To One Meditation Guidance
We also offer one to one Meditation guidance sessions for those who are new to meditation or who would like to explore meditation further.
Each session is unique to the individual designed by Victoria based on a full consultation given at the start of your first session.
