As a courtesy to clients on our waiting list, we kindly ask you to give us at least 24 hours notice for any amendment or cancellation to your booking otherwise a 50% fee will become payable if this is not adhered to. This policy will apply to gift voucher bookings as failure to adhere to terms and conditions will result in partial loss of value to voucher.
When booking one of our classes or workshops, please note that any pre-payments or deposits will not be refunded if you give us less than 48 hours notice of cancellation (7 days for Reiki courses). Fees paid may possibly be transferred to another class or workshop at Nutmeg Spa’s discretion.
A 50% non-refundable deposit and pre-payments will be required for spa packages, double bookings and selected treatments.
Please make us aware of any relevant medical information at the time of booking as some treatments may be unsuitable or require adjusting.
Please allow extra 10-15 minutes for your first appointment so that you can have a complimentary wellbeing consultation and complete a client medical record card to ensure that you have the correct treatment and aftercare advice for your individual requirements.
Time lost through late arrival will result in a shortened or amended treatment being offered without refund.
Please follow any aftercare advice given by your therapist to avoid any uncomfortable after effects.
Gift Vouchers are available for any amount or treatment making them an ideal gift for any occasion. Available from reception or order by telephone with a debit or credit card.
Gift vouchers are valid for 9 months and are non-refundable nor valid after expiry date.
To maintain the spa ambience for others, we request that mobile phones be switched to silent for the duration of your visit.
The spa tariff may be subject to change without prior notice.
